  • Notes: plus tax and end cleaning
  • Minimum 2 weeks stay and seasonal price increase of 20% is required during Easter and Christmas.
  • Maximum occupation: 6 Persons
    Rate includes: Bedding, hand-, shower- and beach towels, service for pool and garden, garbage collection, basic charge for TV and telephone, local calls, water.
  • Security deposit: $500 - € 400
  • Cleaning charge: $150
  • Electricity: $21 per week is already included in the rental rate, additional consumption will be charged according to the price list from the provider LCEC valid during your stay plus 6 % sales tax.
  • Taxes: 11 % (6 % sales tax and 5 % tourist tax)
  • A travel insurance and personal liability insurance is recommended.
  • A deposit of 30% of the rental price secures booking.
  • The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to your arrival. In addition, at that time, a separate fully refundable deposit of $500 or €400 is required in case of any breakages or damage sustained.
    This will be returned to you within 2 weeks after your departure.
  • An electric fee of US $21 / week is included in the rental rate, excesses above will be charged at check-out or deducted from deposit.
  • Charge for lost key or garage door opener will be $50.
  • A cancellation fee of $250 will apply for any cancellation. No refunds for early departure.
    Only written cancellation will be accepted.
    Cancellation-fees:
    Up to 80 days before arrival 20% of the rent.
    79 - 45 days before arrival 30% of the rent.
    44 - 30 days before arrival 60% of the rent.
    29 – 22 days before arrival 80% of the rent.
    21 days or less before arrival 100% of the rent.


    Rates Boat rental:

    - 3 day rent : $ 500
    - 7 day rent : $ 800
    - 14 day rent : $ 1400
    - 21 day rent : $ 2000
  • Boat introduction and cleaning : $ 145 (Due at time of introduction)
  • Security Deposit : $ 1000
